The engine

One system. Your trade’s paperwork.

Every assistant does the same four things. What changes per trade is the rules. We bring the ones for your trade and add yours.

where it starts: whatever your crew already writes
  1. 01
Readsthe document as it arrives: a phone photo, a PDF, a spreadsheet or an email.
  2. 02
Checksit against your rules and your customer’s rules.
  3. 03
Entersit into the systems you already use.
  4. 04
Flagsanything missing or off to the right person, before it costs you.

Hand off the repeat work. Keep the judgment.

Hours back every week. The assistants take the repeat tasks. Your office team and crew leads spend that time on work that needs a person.
Fewer typing mistakes.Data is entered the same way every time and checked against rules you set, before it reaches your records.
Paperwork keeps up.Tickets, reports and forms get processed as they arrive instead of piling up at the end of the week.
Scheduling with less back and forth.Draft plans, confirmations and reschedules are prepared for you to approve.
You stay in control.Every assistant has a clear job and a clear stopping point. Anything important goes to a person for sign-off.
Built around your tools. We set the assistants up around the forms, spreadsheets and software you already use, so there is nothing new to learn.

Twenty minutes, on your schedule.

The team behind Colorado Pro

Built for the companies that keep industry running.

Verniss DillonFounder
  • 20+ years in industrial project controls
  • Refinery and turnaround programs for Reliance Industries, BP, Chevron and Marathon
  • Electrical engineering
Roland Cacchioni, PMPPartner
  • Decades in turnaround planning and project controls
  • Shutdowns and capital work for Suncor, Shell, Husky, CNRL, Imperial Oil, PBF and Mosaic
  • Started in the field as a mechanical coordinator and module fabrication lead

Refineries, plants and pipelines don’t run without the crews who build and maintain them. We’ve spent our careers on the planning and controls side of that work: refinery programs, oil sands and gas plant turnarounds, and capital projects for operators like Reliance Industries, which runs the world’s largest refining complex, along with BP, Chevron, Shell and Suncor. Our experience runs from the field, coordinating mechanical crews and leading module fabrication, to the owner’s side of billion-dollar programs.

The big operators have entire teams keeping their paperwork, schedules and costs in order. The contractors doing the actual work usually have one overworked office manager.

Colorado Pro closes that gap. You get the back-office discipline of a major operator, run by AI assistants and overseen by a team that has spent its career in industrial project controls.

Your crews keep industry running. We’ll keep your back office running right alongside them.

Commitments

What we put in writing.

in plain writing
  1. 01We start with one or two workflows, not a company-wide overhaul.
  2. 02A qualified person on your team approves anything that goes to a customer or into a regulated record.
  3. 03We build around the forms, spreadsheets and software you already use.
  4. 04You see in plain language what each assistant does and what it does not do.
  5. 05If a task is not a good fit for AI, we tell you instead of selling it anyway.
